Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage to collect its metrics, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect or use visitors' personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics). I see only totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types, not individual visitors.
Light or dark mode
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to me.
Hosting and booking sites
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs. When you click an affiliate link, the booking site (for example Viator) may set its own cookies and process your data under its own policy.
